Our Story

Quinn Centre was founded by Ms Rachel Rina in 2012 as social enterprise and dedicated support centre for children with special needs and their families. In the midst of rising operation costs, we are committed to keeping fees affordable for all parents and caregivers. Despite running on low profits, we provide further fee subsidies to needy families and offer enrichment programs that are at zero cost to parents.

Support Us

We are always in need of resources due to higher wear and tear as compared to mainstream student care centres.
We welcome any contributions in kind or monetary that can help us keep our fees low, fund more free programs and replenish learning resources.

With your support, Quinn Special Needs will continue to change the lives of boys and girls, regardless of ability to pay. Through your generosity, we continue to keep Quinn on strong financial footing.

Thank you for supporting our staff, students and parents/caregivers.
